Arrow Leadership Indonesia
Our passion and purpose is to identify proven Christian leaders who have a clear calling by God and to significantly and intentionally invest in their lives.
Aims
Arrow Indonesia aims to develop leadership intent on seeing God’s Kingdom grow and to raise up leadership that equips God’s people, enable leaders to develop Godly character, to have clarity about God’s call, and to develop skills in leadership, of self, teams, organisations, and mission. The program is targeted at but not limited to leaders aged 25-35.

Process
Over a two-year period, Arrow provides an opportunity to grow through training, reflection, worship, interaction, application, accountability and fun. Groups are small, not more than 30, to enable maximise interaction with experienced Christian leaders, trainers and mentors.
Arrow is based on an integrated learning process that includes:
- six 3-day residential gatherings
- a monthly meeting with a mentor
- significant personal assessment and feedback
- peer group meetings with other participants from your area between each residential
- guided reading, reflection and project work
